Here I will keep track of goals and dates that I am working towards. I don't have very many right now but I hope this page will keep me motivated and allow me to push myself more and more along the weigh. ;-)
(I kind of sort of did this. I defiently felt good about myself but the people I saw have not seen me since I was 60lbs heavier, so I thought for sure someone would say something. Noone did and this kind of hurt my ego a little bit. The dress I wore was much more loose since the last time I wore it though.)
Complete a running program.
Loose 8lbs between November 24th - December 25th (254lbs) FAILED
Break the 200's.
Loose 100lbs by July 2013
(I am hesitant to write this one because I am afraid of failure, but I truly want this so on this list is where it needs to be!!!)
Be able to buy a cute dress from Old Navy. (As I was typing this I imagined myself posting a picture of me in an old navy dress and it looking good, that is what is going to push me through my gym session today.)
Try yoga.
Have a before and after pic with my bigger cloths to show the difference.
Zip Line and or Para Sail.
